Gate 1 TravelReviews of gate1travel.com

An Excellent Experience with Gate 1 Travel – Highly Recommended! We recently completed a wonderful nine-day tour of Turkey with Gate 1 Travel, visiting Istanbul, Ankara, and Cappadocia, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We were thoroughly impressed with the organization, professionalism, and quality of service provided throughout the entire trip. A special mention goes to our tour guide, Fatih, who was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about Turkish history, culture, and traditions. His explanations were informative, engaging, and easy to understand. His English was exceptionally fluent, and he communicated effortlessly with our group. He also navigated us smoothly through every destination, making the entire journey comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. The hotels throughout the tour were excellent, and the breakfasts were outstanding. In fact, the breakfast selections were much better and more varied than what we typically experience with continental breakfasts at many American hotels. One of the things that impressed us most was how seamlessly Gate 1 Travel organized everything. From airport-to-hotel transfers to transportation, sightseeing, accommodations, and the final hotel-to-airport transfer, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We could simply relax and enjoy the trip without worrying about the logistics. Overall, this was an outstanding travel experience, and I can confidently say that Gate 1 Travel has won us over! We were so impressed that we have already committed to another Gate 1 tour to Spain and Portugal in December, and we plan to take more Gate 1 tours in 2027. I highly recommend Gate 1 Travel to anyone looking for a well-organized, comfortable, educational, and enjoyable international travel experience. Their attention to detail, excellent accommodations, seamless transfers, and knowledgeable tour guides make them an exceptional choice. Thank you, Gate 1 Travel, and a special thank-you to Fatih for making our Turkey tour so memorable. We look forward to many more adventures with Gate 1!

We had the best tour guide & bus driver to start off with both were attentive to the needs of all on tour . We did & learned so much. Every day was a new adventure - $$$ well spent😊

Gate 1 is amazing and provides great travel experiences for a low price

The tour director was very invested in our daily experiences. All meals were included. Hotels were 5 stars. You can’t beat the tour for the cost.

Gate 1 is doing everything right from value to the wonderful tour directors to the 5-star lodgings. Everything is planned and orchestrated perfectly. I wouldn't travel with any other company! If you want to be on the move and see the world, Gate 1 is the way to go.

Bob (our tour guide) was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and was always ready to answer any questions. Leonard our coach driver was amazing in how he navigated traffic and narrow streets he had to go down to get us to our destination safely.

Great guides and wonderful trip

We had a great small group and loved our guide Iuliana. She was so fun, friendly and knowledgeable!
