Backordered product
I placed an order for Mother's Day in May. It continued to be on back order and in September I received a call that is was ready to be shipped but I needed to authorize payment again. I could not verify the caller, so I cancelled it and reordered it that day with the promise that it was in stock and ready to ship. I still have not received the product. The promise is that it will be shipped on Saturday. I will wait to see. Very poor communication and service.

Everything I could possibly need!
Everything I could possibly need for my garden is available from Gardener's Supply... including things I didn't know existed but are just what I need for challenges I have had for years! The selection of different styles for garden accessories and accents is ever-changing but the classics are always here so I can add more in future seasons as I need them. The customer service staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, saving me the expense of making the wrong choice. I've been a customer for many years and it's been fun to see the reach of this company grow. I'm already planning what I need to order in the winter to be ready for next spring... a couple trellises and rose arches are high on the list! I've learned my lesson about buying cheaper products and watching them fail after a couple years.

I just received my high intensity 3…
I just received my high intensity 3 tier LED indoor light system and I love it. Great quality and design. This is about my 5th purchase since I found the company about a year ago. Everything has been just great.

starting plants
I am setting up a table and grow light to start my own plants and as gifts. The process was easy and the instructions were good. can't wait for planting time.

I have not gotten the item I ordered…
I have not gotten the item I ordered yet. UPS said it would arrive on Thursday but it didn't. :( Do we know why Amazon is able to get products to me so quickly, but Gardener's Supply is so slow? I got a dual tumbler composter from you all and I like it -- but that took a very long time to come as well.

I usually have good luck with Gardeners Supply. I cannot really comment this time since I have yet to receive my amaryllis bulbs.
