My first and only order has not yet arrived. I called to inform the company and now, one item is out of stock. My initial order was cancelled and a new order was created. I still have not yet received a confirmation email regarding the new order. I am told (by phone) that the new order does exist and has been shipped. I still have not received my order! I have spoken to three customer service representatives, but I do not find the employees to be professional! I will not be ordering again nor will I recommended anyone to the company either!!!

quality product, excellent price, and quick service. what could be better?

I ordered the ratcheting lopper and my experience was great. The lopper came fast and it works great to cut down all the weed trees and thick twiny vines that love to grow in my yard. It's a lot easier than using a hand saw. I never knew such a thing existed until my friend showed me one.

Fast excellent service is a hallmark of this company. I ordered gifts for my daughter's birthday which arrived in plenty of time. The plant supports were better and bigger than expected. The scented oil and decorative diffuser were well packaged and arrived safely. We were all pleased.
