Great but...
We bought more high rise hoops which have been great but the new ones we received are made from different “metal” not even close to the originals. I’m sure they will rust out by next Spring. I never understand why companies do this. They had a great product then changed up the materials. Oh well time to make them myself I guess

Rozy Cozy Magic
We found a product in the catalog that interested us in finding a way to protect our rose plants this winter, without having to mulch with leaves or hay. It was a new product for us and so we ordered a trial order of 4 Rozy Cozy rose cones. They are fabulous, easy to install and look durable enough to serve us for many winters. Our order came quickly and we're ready to order some additional cones to complete our wintering process.

Protecting plants
I find these important to keep some of my plants from being eaten by rabbits and squirrels. These are nice because the length is adjustable and they can also be upright

Can't tell
Can't tell, still waiting for order. Biggest problem is no one ever answers my questions. I want to buy the drip system for my garden boxes but need advice on what to buy. Asked for help months ago. Still waiting. Emails keep showing items to buy that are out of stock. Should be pulled until they ARE in stock.

A little disappointed
I made two purchases recently, and was somewhat disappointed with both. The kneeling/sitting bench sort of lost the kneeling part. It became unglued and it has not even been used outside. I had intended to use it inside sometimes to scrub baseboards and clean lower kitchen cabinets. This would protect my knees and enable me to stand up after I finished the chore. I also purchased some compost for container garden and for a raised bed. I got a lot of compost, but not the one for the raised bed. Normally I would have requested an exchange, but in these times of pandemic I did not want to go to the trouble of returning the products. In general I really like all the products sold by your company.
