I ordered the Hobby Grower greenhouse on Oct. 6, 2020. I received the Essence Greenhouse instead. Your company did send a replacement greenhouse, however it was the Essence Greenhouse again. I refused that order. I have called 4 times about receiving the wrong order. Your customer service department is very apologetic and understanding but I still have the incorrect greenhouse. The labels and the instruction manual clearly says "Balance/Essence/Octave 8'x12'. I would assume the label on the box should state "Hobby Grower". Also the stock numbers do not match on the greenhouse I received. I would appreciate someone from your company to get back to me with a resolution. The product was fine but i was under impression it was made in USA. It was from China. Very disappointed. Wish country of origin had been on product description.

I’ve been using the recycled rubber mats for about a year, and they work well in suppressing weeds and they provide a firm and resilient surface for my wife’s walker. This recent order took a little longer than I expected to arrive, and I didn’t find a way to track it.

As always, I am so pleased with the materials, etc. that I always get from Gardener's Supply. My 7 veg trugs are wonders--never had a better growing season than this year. And with my covers, we are extending our season in WI. And all the equipment for gardening that we bought for our parish auction last year continues to be a big hit for the person who won the garden kit that we created. Keep up the good work!

Gardener's Supply is my go to place for gardening supplies. It use to be for only hard to find or unique gardening tools or products. However since the Covid 19 I have been staying out of stores due to my age. I am happy to report that all of my shopping experiences have been positive in regards to these aspects of their service and products: great customer service, expedient shipping (sometimes coupons help with shipping costs) and the quality of their products. I am also happy to know that these products are made in the USA which provides jobs for people here, especially now during these economic hard times. Also I believe this company shares in the profits.
