The teak window box was best better…
The teak window box was best better than expected and arrived very prompt,the coco mulch also arrived quickly and was very competitively priced

Customer Service unable to estimate ship/receipt date
I ordered a Hanging Wooden Plant Shelf in mid-September. Two weeks later I asked Customer Service when I might expect it to arrive. The answer was that they would send me an e-mail when the item is shipped. This did not answer my question of WHEN could I expect it to arrive. I eventually received the Plant Shelf in late September, and am very happy with it. The response from Customer Service -- not so much.

Gardeners Supply’s is a great source for good tools and soil. Sometimes I have to wait a bit to save up for the things I want but that’s okay.

Where’s my order?
I ordered two raised 2 x 4 beds with covers on Sept 28 because they were in stock. 4 weeks later, I cannot find out any information on my order And why it hasn’t been delivered to me. You can’t call, or send an email. So, I set up an account as instructed on the webpage and all it shows is the order, date, and in stock message. It’s been 4 weeks and I have paid for the items. I hope your business has not been completely closed due to COVID-19. Could you please let me know when I might be receiving my order. It’s planting season in south Florida. Thank you.

When will I get my stuff?? Customer Service website is useless.....
Have been a happy customer for many years up to this last order. I ordered a copper watering can for my wife’s birthday back on September 14. Still waiting with very little information on what’s go on or when we will receive the watering can. I kept checking on the status which turned out not to be very helpful......first it was out of stock......then the message was it was in stock for about a week then back to out of stock....now there is a back order message until November 7th.......not very good service. I would think that all the Gardeners Supply associates would be happy to have the business in this environment....no way to contact you to find out what’s going on??. When will I get the order I placed six weeks ago?....Guess I should check on Amazon and see what they have......please advise when it will be shipped, maybe I can give it to her for Christmas......? Not Happy.
