Always just what I need!
Everything I have purchased from Gardener's Supply has been great quality, fairly priced, durable, and easy to set up. Love my garden bed covers--my garden is ready for Zone 9/10 winter!

The shopping experience was great
The shopping experience was great - great descriptions of the items I was comparing. The garden cart is wonderful - the steering handle works great & the basket & trug are so helpful. I absolutely enjoy working in my garden & flower beds - this cart makes all the difference!

I ordered reed fencing from Gardeners…
I ordered reed fencing from Gardeners Supply and they let me know that it's backordered from the manufacturer. That was nearly a month ago. (24 days ago) I haven't heard if it's coming or received any updated information on my order since then. It would be nice to know if there's been any progress on order.

Very expensive to return items!
The 4 willow cloche plant protectors that I ordered were beautiful but way too big for my plants (I had measured my space before ordering but still underestimated the size). At $20 each, I decided to return them so I wasn't out $80 + shipping. However, the shipping charge to return them was over $100 (instead of the $8.00 I paid when ordering them) and after a call to Gardener's Supply, I learned that they don't have an arrangement with shipping companies for a reduced cost on returns similar to the one that allows for affordable shipping on customer orders, so the customer has to pay exorbitant fees to return items. Buyer beware!

I found what I needed but it's back…
I found what I needed but it's back ordered until January, which is very unfortunate since the ground will be either very muddy or frozen then. The website is a bit poorly organized and could use some cleanup with its organizational design, that is what slows me down when trying to find specific items or discover new exciting things I might need.
