Easy online ordering, with filters allowing me to quickly find what I was looking for. Items I was looking for were on sale. Items arrived quickly and well packaged to avoid damage.

Confusing on when my whole order would be ready to deliver. Also very slow in shipping.

I like the products I ordered for gifts to send to my sisters for the holidays. I hope they are as beautiful as the pictures and descriptions. The order process was not easy. I had to create two separate orders and when I put in that it was a gift now the information, like the request for this review comes to me with the recipients information not mine. Some names got entered 2x, I’m not sure how and I couldn’t correct it without cancelling the order. I just left it since I was on my second go round already. Very clunky process. That’s why only 3 stars. Other stuff I have ordered has been great.

Excellent customer service.

I received an email that the order had shipped but only received one bulb. I ordered three. I have bought these bulbs for the last several years and they always came with a pot and soil mixture. This year - only the bulb. Question - where are the other two bulbs that I ordered???

I received my order of flower bulbs and they came quickly and In perfect shape. The decorative pot it came in is beautiful.

I ordered the butterfly house and butterfly puddler for my husband for our anniversary. The puddler came right away, but the house never showed up, even though they claimed it was in stock. Granted, I was not charged for it, but there was no update, no explanation, and I see that they are still advertising the item.

My order of the bamboo table top gro light never arrived..
