Came quickly and was just what I wanted

My Tabletop Sunlite Garden arrived quickly and was relatively easy to set up. Instructions were adequate. It would have been helpful to suggest laying out the fixtures and the cords so that the correct configuration was established before snapping in the holders. The metal parts were not as sturdy as I would have liked. Customers service was responsive and gave several suggestions to fix the problem of lights not lighting and/or staying lit. A replacement connecting cord was sent. The problem was the fixtures themselves needed to be bent in to assure contact. Currently all is working. It was a frustrating experience.

I purchased an apparently very popular item, the Stack!t herb drying rack, which is on back order until the new year haha-- along with a clamp grow light and bulbs. The Gardner's Supply Company is the epitome of professional business. Their products are wonderful, it's a straightforward operation, and you can't go wrong with a company that guarantees 100% satisfaction.

The ordering process went very well. We were pleased that we received our greenhouse within a week. However, we did not receive any hardware with the order. When the support group was contacted, it took another couple of weeks before we received the hardware. At that time one part was missing and another was mis-numbered causing us to stop the process of building the greenhouse. Once those parts were received, we were still missing a part and had to reorder yet again. At one point the support group was going to put us behind the requests coming in. We had to “gently” remind them that they had not originally sent us what was to be included in the original order so that they would give it priority. Some parts were not numbered or numbered so lightly which made it difficult to know if it was the correct part to be used. My husband and I built the greenhouse but fortunately our son showed up to help with the roof, which definitely needed three people. Having said all of that my greenhouse is built and we love it!!!! Now we’re trying to understand how best to regulate the temperature!

Excellent service and products, which I have been buying here for decades, is why I shop Gardeners Supply. The garden organizer fits my plastic tub perfectly and keeps tools organized ; I’ll never accidentally throw out a tool with a tub full of debris again thanks to this item.

I finally got the grow stand light, if it wasnt for the one light blast clip broken and instructions with pictures needed to be more detailed I would have given 5 star. But all in all im a very happy customer, I recommend this item I like the looks and features it has. Loved it! Thank you.
