Not so good at all....
Signed up and took three weekly deliveries. The first delivery arrived with an open container and salad dumped all over everything. The second with white chili open and dumped all over everything. The third delivery came with a note scrawled on the inside of the box that I should "call for a credit"on items that were unavailable. Their response was that they couldn't be held responsible for FedEx.Quality of the soups is terrible; salads are great. There are plenty of other retailers in this space and these guys won't survive unless they change gears quickly. Stay away until they do.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we’re just as frustrated that our products didn’t reach you in the condition they should have. While we rely on FedEx for delivery, we take full responsibility for the quality of what leaves our kitchen and the overall experience you have with Gardencup. This level of inconsistency doesn’t reflect our standards, and we recently upgraded to better packaging protocols and partner accountability to prevent situations like this. We also appreciate your feedback on our soups, our culinary team is already working on seasonal updates and quality improvements. We’d love the chance to make this right. If you’re open to it, please email us at [email protected] so we can credit your account and learn more about how we can earn back your trust.
