I am not impressed with Gardencup's quality, freshness or taste of the food. I ordered a couple soups and the mini Gardencups. The chicken, in each of the salads I selected, was dry. I found one dressng to be particularily lemony and over the top sour. The tomato bisque tasted nothing like tomatoes - more like red bell peppers. The salads overall tasted far from fresh and I tossed out most of my order. Saved the cups - only good part of the deal!

I do not recommend this company despite that their product is quite good. When I log into my account on their website, the information I see never matches exactly what is taking place with the billing and delivery of my orders. When I write customer service for clarity on what is shown on my account and what happened, I am given an explanation that does not match the charge on my credit card and the delivery of the order. Then when I take the time to log into my account on 6/23/24 to "skip" an order 7 days before it is due to be delivered to me on 6/30/24, I encounter another customer service rep (Reina) that stated information that contradicted what another customer rep (Rodrigo) wrote to me in a prior email conversation about my very first order with them on 6/23/24 that also did not make sense according to what was published on my account. Right now due to their poor logistics I have an order today (6/30/24) sitting outside my door in 100+ degree heat that I will not be able to get to for a couple days. In short, when you have to read-between-the lines to understand a company's services, it is best to stay far away from them as possible. This company has potential, but they are not ready to provide consistent service that matches what they advertise and what is available on customers' accounts. So order from this company at your own risk! ------ UPDATE! It has been 377 days since I posted my review above about Gardencup. The good news is that someone from the company by name of Aljon responded back today, July 7, 2025, with an apology. Aljon, your apology is accepted! I wish you and the folks there at Gardencup much success with your business!

We've been trying to cancel the account for a month and they keep sending us boxes. They have no customer service utilizing only email and all you ever get is some cryptic reply. We just keep getting their mediocre product and getting billed. We've begged them to stop sending their product but it still comes. I'm going to have to go to the extreme and contact my bank to stop them from allowing charges from this incredibly unscrupulous company. I URGE YOU TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I am cancelling . They are suppose to hand delivery which they don’t. But the worst thing is they don’t answer emails so you can never find out when your food is on the way. Terrible !!!!! Will cancel as soon as I figure out how to but they don’t give that option. Be careful buying salads from them , think they like taking your money but don’t want to answer you on email .

The garden cups themselves are OK really not healthy, ended up sending me two shipments and charging me for them. I tried to email and contact them stating I did not order two separate packages and I never heard from them. They did the same thing the next week at that point, I canceled the subscription however, on Sunday, they charged me again for two upcoming deliveries, I sent a third email strongly detailing that I have canceled my subscription and I needed a refund. I certainly did not get the package but they did not give me a refund either. Neither have I heard from them with any kind of response whatsoever. absolutely horrible customer service, and they are taking advantage of people.

This company blocked me on social media for suggesting people buy their own food and save money, this company likes to tell you how convenient their product is, but don't like when you question their reviews, their ingredients and their cost. Stop buying the marketing of this company, buy real food yourself!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I clicked on a link thru facebook and created an account thru shop pay. Instead of one box, they sent me two boxes per week. I reached out multiple times via email (it is not possible to get a live person on phone or chat!) After multiple attempts they responded saying there is only one account. I said then why am i getting two shipments per week?? Finally after several weeks, they determined that I created two accounts?? I argued that is not possible but they pointed finger at me. I'm assuming there's some kind of error between shop pay and Garden Cup that caused this but i'm told I'm screwed. At one time I tried to "pause" because I was going out of town and when I came back, there were once again TWO spoiled boxes sitting on my porch. The pause was entered a week in advance and was an option to pause that week but yet i'm told it was "ALREADY IN PRODUCTION" and they refused to refund or make it right. I finally got to a point that i was assured that both accounts were cancelled and then 5 days later, I get YET ANOTHER SHIPMENT! when i reached out again, i was once again told that it was "already in production". Why didn't they tell me this when I was told my subscription was successfully cancelled? This was a TWO MONTH ordeal of dealing with this crap and getting ripped off and throwing away food that I could not eat. This company has no integrity and is a rip off. It's been a circle of hell dealing with them and I hate that I ever gave them a try. So many meals in the trash and so much money wasted. they absolutely refuse to offer any kind of resolution and point the finger at me. Unbelievable.

I truly hate this company. I tried to cancel my subscription for weeks and they assured me it had been canceled but they kept sending me boxes and kept charging my bank account. The website is tricky to use and I was trapped from that standpoint so I emailed them to the extreme ( I mean countless times) begging them to cancel my account. Of course, they don't communicate person to person on a phone. They always responded to me with "We understand your frustration but your order is already in the pipeline." It's been never ending and I want to sue them. You see, they are always right. The food is just ok. The salads are fine but the soups and pasta are not very good. We tired of it all very quickly.The worst thing about it is that your next order is already "down the pipeline from which there's nothing that can be done to stop it" and you haven't even had a chance to taste all the products. This company has no integrity and is a rip off. It's been a circle of hell dealing with them and I hate that I ever gave them a try. So many meals in the trash and so much money wasted. Is there a possibility of a refund? No way! Never happening! They have horrible customer service and are terrible at communicating logically through email. I feel like I was trapped and abused. I'm truly considering legal action. It would mean more costs on my end but I truly hate them that much. My weekly experience with them began on March 27, 2024 and is ongoing. I was so confused using their website I accidentally opened two accounts so I received two full boxes one week. It was all because I couldn't get the choices I wanted because the site is so hard to navigate. Nothing is clearly stated. If you want some overpriced soups and salads proceed with caution.
