Very bland salad
Very bland salad. Chicken is tasteless. If you go with this service bring your own herbs and it seems as though the only dressing is balsamic. Honestly, too expensive for the poor taste.

Thank you for giving Gardencup a try and for sharing your honest feedback. We are known for our delicious, made-in-house, zero additives Avocado Ranch Dressing! We do offer a rotating menu with different dressings and protein options as well. Your input is incredibly helpful as we continue refining our recipes to better balance convenience and flavor. If you're open to it, we'd love a second chance to recommend a flavor combo that might be more your style as we have added so much more to the menu. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re always happy to help.

Avoid this company!
This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced! My cups were supposed to arrive on a specific date but it didn't. I reached out and when they finally responded they said they are monitoring the shipment. What does that even mean? I'm Teton to cancel and get a refund but they are not responding.
Response from GardencupJul 11, 2025
We’re truly sorry for the delay and the lack of clarity in our communication that’s not the level of service we provide. When we say we’re “monitoring the shipment,” it means we’re actively tracking the package with the carrier to determine its status and ensure it arrives. We also sincerely apologize if you’ve had trouble getting a timely follow-up. That’s not acceptable, and we want to make this right. Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll prioritize your case to review your order, issue a refund if needed, and confirm cancellation if that’s what you decide.

I wish I could leave no stars!!!
I wish I could leave no stars!!! Be watchful of unauthorized credit card charges! I was unable to see anything online, called the number and was asked to leave my email address. So I filed fraud charges on my credit card, and now have to wait on a new card!! This product was okay, but you can make your own jar salads!!! Worst customer service EVER…. It’s nonexistent
Response from GardencupJul 11, 2025
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We take unauthorized charges extremely seriously, and it’s never our intention to create confusion or frustration around billing. If you weren’t able to access your account or get clear answers, we apologize. We do offer phone support and, our customer service team is available via email at [email protected], and we always aim to respond within 24 hours. If you’re still dealing with an unresolved charge, please reach out to us directly so we can investigate and work toward a solution. While jar salads work for some, we’re here for those looking for a ready-to-go option that saves time and effort. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to do better.

Beware
Beware, this company has no way to reach out to customer service and is a nightmare to deal with. They charged my credit card for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on 10/13, and then never shipped the product. No notification, no information on why it didn’t ship… no communication at all. I have emailed them repeatedly requesting a refund for that order they have ignored my requests and have now been daily sending emails about an order shipping to me “tomorrow”. I have cancelled my subscription so they shouldn’t be sending me anything else. I am going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

We’re really sorry and we completely understand your concern. You should have been notified if your order was delayed or canceled, and you absolutely deserve a timely response and refund when something goes wrong. It sounds like there may have been a technical issue with your account status, and we apologize for the confusion and lack of clear communication. That’s not the experience we want for any of our customers. Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll prioritize your case immediately to ensure your account is addressed properly. We truly appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve, and we’re committed to making this right.

If I could give them zero stars
If I could give them zero stars, I would. First, it took over one week to ship my order. Then, my SALADS traveled for FIVE DAYS. FIVE DAYS. Needless to say, I had to toss them. I have reached out to customer service via email three times. Interestingly enough, there is no phone number listed on their website to call.
Response from GardencupJul 11, 2025
We’re incredibly sorry for the experience you had, your order should never have taken that long to arrive, and we completely understand how frustrating (and unacceptable) that is. Our meals are made fresh and meant to arrive quickly, so a five-day shipping delay defeats the entire purpose of what we offer. We also apologize if your emails weren’t responded to promptly. We do offer phone support, or please email us again at [email protected], and we’ll make your case a priority. We’d love the chance to make this right.

Terrible company and customer service
Terrible company and customer service. I have contacted them three times about an issue with no reply . Once they have your money, they are silent! Purchased 6 salads and lettuce was going bad after three days. Are you supposed to eat 2 salads a day, 3 days straight?? They do not remain fresh, avoid this company. I ended up throwing three of the six away which makes the three I ate about $24.00 each!
Response from GardencupJul 11, 2025
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, it’s absolutely not the standard we aim to deliver. Our salads are made fresh and intended to stay crisp 5-6 days after delivery, so if you received anything less than that, it’s a serious concern we want to make right. We also sincerely apologize if your previous messages went unanswered. Please reach out to us again at [email protected] with the subject line “Urgent: Freshness Concern Trustpilot", and we’ll prioritize your case. We’d love the chance to review your order and offer a resolution.
