Warhammer plus is a con it sets to automatically renew with no easy way of changing it and no option to switch it off. I had to cancel the payment via PayPal. Oh and they want your card details even if you buy a voucher. Avoid

Website is awful following recent redesign. On-line purchasing experience is so poor. Limited editions go to scalpers and bots rather than loyal customers. Changes supposedly made to combat scalpers and bots and a re-issue of latest limited edition did not work. The whole site locked then crashed. A waste of time.

Website is terrible following a massive redesign and makes the hobby incredibly difficult. More copies of books and games go to scalpers and bots than actual customers with little to no changes made to combat the issue.

Great products but having real problems with stock levels and communication. Also ordered a product online for collection in store. Had not heard anything for a week so queried via online chat. Was told to wait 9 days and it was still being processed. On the 9th day finally received an email to say it was processed. When I clicked on the tracking link.....it had been delivered to store the day after I ordered it. They just cannot stay in top of their systems and orders

Ordered a new product release and only got half of the items in the box. Contacted customer services and it is now 3 months on and I still don't have a replacement! How can a new product be missing parts!! Getting absolutely nowhere with this, I want my parts or a full refund

Rip off prices for a start. There customer service is terrible they don't give a hoot about customers they just want your money, I ordered I item from them and the package was empty, i contacted Custer services who were not interested in my problem even though it is the retailers responsibility to ensure a package reaches the buyer, very bad experience..
