had an issue with a defective item. customer service was amazing and allowed me to refund the item at my local branch (even earned a few pounds because the product I was returning had gone up in price!)

Great shop awesome hobby if a bit expensive great staff

I have always had a love hate with GW But I have always loved the in-store experience when I was just a kid, they always made me feel so welcome and was always kind. Customers service has always been helpful and whenever they messed up an order they fixed it fast and where polite about it. For example I ordered a box set but I came in Spanish, so I called them up and they sent one out quickly and said to keep the one I had as an apology. Can't ask for any better than that. But the thing is that over the years they have gotten extremely money hungry and started throwing copyright and other legal stuff left right and centre. You have a diehard fan base that create amazing artwork and fan films IMO much better stuff than Warhammer TV, yet you seam to ether try and control them or sue them. I understand that you have a business to run, but come on. Even the price hikes are nuts.

I do love the company, Leeds & Bradford shop staff are amazing. I dislike their business model and prices but their products are really good for all members of the family. Myself and 3 children all 'do' Warhammer 40k and it's reduced Fortnite and console time considerably. I would give 5 stars but for the price. Buy from other online shops.

Skulle bruge en julegave til min svigersøn. Jeg søgte på nettet og fandt Gamesworkshop.com som lovede, at hvis jeg bestilte senest 12. dec. ville jeg modtage julegaven inden jul. Jeg bestilte 11.dec. og fik straks en ordrebekræftelse. Et par dage efter fik jeg besked om, at gaven var sendt. Jeg modtog gaven den 20. dec., hvilket var perfekt. Grunden til jeg ikke giver dem 5 stjerner, er den at de farver, der males med i Warhammer har skiftet navn og det tog lidt tid og søgning at finde ud af. Det kunne de nemt have skiltet med på deres hjemmeside. De havde der imod lagt informationen ud på Google. Men det lykkedes, så jeg håber svigersønnen sætter pris på det!
