Great products but having real problems with stock levels and communication. Also ordered a product online for collection in store. Had not heard anything for a week so queried via online chat. Was told to wait 9 days and it was still being processed. On the 9th day finally received an email to say it was processed. When I clicked on the tracking link.....it had been delivered to store the day after I ordered it. They just cannot stay in top of their systems and orders

Nicely details figures, but, . . . I mostly do historical wargames as opposed to fantasy but I do have some fantasy figures. This company has an annoying habit of discontinuing ranges which leaves you having to resort to secondhand figures on ebay. As for paints. On the whole not bad but over priced and with very stupid names. Some are however unusable. Example: Runefang Steel ( what a daft name). This is so watery I can get no coverage at all. So bad I have order a replacement for Army Painter.

Jeg bestilte nogle ting fra GW.com, og de siger 11 dages leveringstid .. ok. Sådan må det være. Årsagen til karakteren er leveringen. UPS prøvede at levere pakken, men tog den videre til en lokal kiosk fordi jeg ikke var hjemme. De efterlod ikke nogen besked om at de havde prøvet, men det er UPS's problem. Mit issue med GW er at de ikke fortalte mig at pakken skulle være leveret, så den eneste årsag til at jeg opdagede det, var at jeg var utålmodig og fandt tracking nummeret på deres side, og brugte det til at følge pakken med UPS hver dag.

Excellent models although they are far too expensive. Also, if you play the tabletop game the ephemerality of models, in light of rule changes and ceasing support, means lots of potentially wasted time and money. It does not help that I am a perfectionist - taking months to complete army lists. By the time i finish my lists they are no longer legal. Tangent - i loved my Inquisition list, most of my models cannot be used together anymore. And, space marines are now ruined. I hate the look of the new Primaris space marines. Also, why do they hate the Black Templars and Sisters of Battle so much? - they are the coolest by far.

As a long time tabletop gamer, it's hard to review GW without remembering the community that Games Workshop has seemingly systematicly destroyed over the years. Despite that, the site does work well, but not as well as it used to following recent updates that make navigation difficult.

Yes the prices are... not great. But shipping was fast although had no packing peanuts or anything leaving paint etc rattling around... so yeah... but yeah got the items quick just wished they would not let things fly around the box.. specially paint.
