Control Panel was friendly but could have been better. Ping time always seemed great. And the pricing options were also good. The issue is that the server would constantly go down, no one is going to play on a server like that. The only upside was it wouldnt be down for extended periods of time. Either way, if no one wants to play on your server whats the point of paying for it.

Bought a server with there promotional code and had issues with latency and connectivity from day one. After days of tickets, troubleshooting, and dumbing down the default settings for the game I was trying to play I gave up. Constant server crashes and restarts. The technicians are nice enough, but they do not care about the quality of services they sell you. I purchased a 12 slot server and only ever had 3 people on it and experienced all sorts of issues and crashes.

Bel sito, mi sono trovato bene

I've purchased servers from Game Servers several times. Every experience has been fantastic, and support tickets are always answered and issues are resolved quickly. Game Servers offers top-notch service for the best prices available. I recommend to all my clients and friends.

I don’t think I can award this company enough when I am only paying 90p (English cunency 99cents American) for a sever that is constantly up. For the same price of a packet of crisps a month me and 2 of my friend can have a full server to ourselves. This is amazing I’m still expecting a catch at the end of the month saying I have overrun my charge but no. The amount you pay is final. Today I put I ticket in for an error I have been getting but they solved it within 20 mins. Every time I think oh I’m paying 1$ surely this is where the catch is, this company proves me wrong. Anyone considering hosting a server please go with this company, I’ve never been happier with a purchase in my life.

Great service and really very very fast tech support. I would be more than glad to recommend Gameservers to all my friends. Frank

unfortunately they are very poor and very slow at comiing back to you on customer serveice, we experienced being lagged out , server constantly restarts and when ddosed we were all lagged off, they say they have protection but it doesnt feel like it when we brought it to their attention they eventually suspended the server - not giving a Dam about our community that we have built up and the fact that they could have sent us a report and also moved us to a different hosting server was not even offered avoid at all costs and go with someone who has better responses times in customer service - one that actually cares about their client
