their customer service is the worst. long wait time for a reply... no support Chat available...currently been waiting over 40 min for and upgrade question to be replied to... they also have mildly high pricing

I’ve been with GameServers for two years now. It started out great, server ran smooth with no issues, until about a few months ago things went down hill. I’m now experiencing server crashes every few days and a lot of lag suddenly. I’ve been told my map is too big or it could be the plugins. They seem friendly enough, however one of the tech support people will give you half a** answer and then automatically close your ticket, even if your answer never got solved. As I read through most of these reviews, it seems a lot of us are getting told the same thing. I had a 50 player slot and the most players in a day I ever got was about 7 people, yet they told me to upgrade too. I have switched server hosts, and will be canceling my service with them next month. My server is currently down as I write this. It was down last night, and still this morning. I’ve restarted and updated and it still does nothing. I suppose I will write them again to figure out why. I would have recommended them a few years back, but not anymore.

Most horrible server company on the planet! Takes hoyrs and hours sometimes day for tech support to answer, always saying need to buy more memory or it needs this upgrade or that upgrade, what crap server company!

These guys are just terrible. Over a day to respond to a server that wont show up for anyone to join. Customer service sucks, their primary answer is "Well, can we wipe the server to see if that helps?" Dont waste your time with them. Spend 5 bucks more and go with someone who actually cares.

Have been running a Rust server with them for about a year and I don't know why. Had a 50 player server that started crashing and was told I had to purchase more player slots for more memory. Was only averaging10 to 20 players a month. Told me I had to upgrade to a 200 slot server to get 8 gigs of memory. Still the server only averages about 20 or so per month and its still buggy. They are worthless and I'm finally switching to another host when my billing period is up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I rented my first rust server here, within a couple of days the server started crashing, every few hours, they increased the memory and it seemed to be alright, and then it crashed again and wiped my whole map. They told me my map might be too big or i have too many mods, I had a 3k map and 0 mods. More crashes and wipes, I ended up running a mod that would restart my server around 6 times throughout the day and GUESS WHAT? it still crashed and wiped itself making me lose what player base I had left. They want you to pay more money for more slots, but why is this necessary when I had a 50 player slot and didn't even reach half full? BOTTOM LINE: Avoid them at all costs. They might be low cost but you end up paying for an unusable server unless you want to pay 2 or 3 times more for a minimal RAM upgrade. After I finally gave up they refused to refund me also despite there being a genuine reason. I won't be giving them any more money and neither should anyone else.

Horrible buggy rust servers. Don't waste your money here.

Terrible service for Rust. Server kept constantly crashing and wiping on its own. They kept blaming the game when hundreds of others run just fine on there. They inadequate equipment. That’s the problem. Refused to refund my money. So they just suck at what they offer and steal your money while offering half assed service. I would not and will not EVER use them again.
