So far has been fast set up and very helpful.Have no complaints at all when it comes to customer service and how everything runs. We got a nice deal for both server and web hosting which was sweet as we don't have to pay for each thing separate. Have changed multiple hosts for running terribly or being unhelpful with resolving issues, so its quite refreshing to see something new and different. GSK approach is more flexible and personalised. This company is a game changer. Thumbs up from me :)

Good Prices, Excellent and prompt customer service. 0 lag servers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly do so. (I Came from Survival servers that had memory issues and they could not tell me what was wrong)

I just started using GameServerKings based on their mission statement of improving the server provider industry - I was tired of getting awful support and an unwillingness for those companies to improve. I noticed my ping was a little higher than I'm used to even though the server ran great so I opened a webchat and Birgio was able to reduce my ping from 66 to 14 by moving the server within minutes! So far I'm loving everything about this provider - admin panel is the best I've used, their site is genuinely helpful to new Rust admins (which I am not), and this webchat support is fantastic. 10/10 best provider I've used yet.

I first went on this website to buy a server hosting for the game Rust, i had problems with my prepaid card so i couldn't pay for it. Then i contacted their live support, they personally took care of it in no time! I would recommend them for any server / web hosting 100% ! Don't believe me?
