I am a picky customer. I've previously rented servers from Vilayer, Bluefangsolutions, and now Gameserverkings (GSK), and I can tell you that GSK is second to none in support. I've made several requests, and every single time they have been quick, thorough, and courteous in their solutions and in answering the requests I've made of them. I've had the pleasure of speaking with at least 4 different support technicians and engineers, and every last one of them has gone out of their way to immediately resolve the issue at hand or accommodate my requests. I believe 5 stars is not enough.

Nope nope nope, stay far away. I ordered a simple Terraria server and paid the extra cost for a dedicated IP address. They initiated my server and notified me that it was online, but I noticed that my IP address was not dedicated at all, people were accidentally joining my server when trying to connect to another Terraria server on the same IP! I contacted support and they stated that dedicated IP addresses can take some time, but didn't provide and explanation as to why this isn't noted anywhere in the order process. They said it can take 1-2 days. I waited a week, no updated. I e-mailed, they said sorry just give us a bit more time it will be ready soon. Another week goes by. Nothing... Noticed that their site says 24/7 support... yet when I opened their support console it says "support is away" How can support be 24/7 and be away? HMMMMM... seems fishy... much like my entire transaction. Not recommended!

The customer support is just amazing!!! Everytime you have a question they are there to help you. I had to move my server, I got help instantly... This is my first rust server and I couldn't ask better...

Game Server Kings has been a phenomenal change of pace when it comes to RUST server hosting. These guys got it right and put a major emphasis on listening to their customers and investing heavily into their support team. Can't say it enough, quick and accurate responses mean the world in game server hosting. GSK has worked out very well and without a hitch for the past year for my RUST servers.

Server problem resolved quickly and with very good customer service. 10/10 would recommend

If I could give more stars I would. Im new to PC and running a server! I read some reviews for some server hosts and unfortunately GSK wasnt on the list to compare so I went with what I thought was the best fit. I wont shame another company but all I can say it THANK YOU TO GSK!!! <3 I spent 3 weeks with another host, lag issues, poor poor customer service. Constant assurance itd be fixed to no avail! I had almost max pop within the 2nd week and lag issues cause a dead server. The same issue started happening yesterday and today. Losing almost all my pop again, I decided to check out GSK per referral from a friend. IM HAPPY I DID!!!! I checked out the site, contacted support and wrote a detailed paragraph venting about my present situation with the host i was using. Without me even having purchased anything or even signing up for the site, Borgio went above and beyond to explain how they work, how their customer service means everything, he educated me instead of leaving me hanging as just a potential money maker! GSK even offers to help you transfer your files from old to new server which is so great for us newbies! Without hesitation, I purchased the entire year out with a dedicated IP and priority CPU which wasnt offered on any other site I saw! Im excited to work with GSK on making my server amazing. As a business owner myself customer service is important and they have it here at GSK!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! :) Much love to you all!!
