Well...being just short of 69 years of age, not being computer literate and short term memory not as it was....I found the set up information and instructions clear and easy to follow. I should have realised that the map size is crucial and the number of player slots more so. I went for the basic option...60 slots and a 4500 map, not realising that after only constructing one building and being the sole player in game as has as yet had no one join me ...after all it was only 2 days into the game....I had exceeded my 8GB of ram allowed and the game ''dropped out'' ... I did not know what had happened so looked for advice by the live chat available... I must say that this service was almost instantaneous...the advice and assistance given was clear, precise, friendly and helpful. I find that at the basic 60 slot level with a 4500 map is unplayable....dropping down to a smaller map reduces the things in it that visiting players expect. I have decided not to rent further than the end of my first month that I have paid for as as a pensioner things are rather tight money wise....cancellation was very simple and a very nice message sent to me. This is by no means a note of complaint...it is what it is...you get what you pay for....go for the higher slot options if you can, you will not be disappointed.

Great support team, payments were a bit iffy but support team is by far amazing

A few friends and I wanted to try out Rust and get ourselves a private server to play on. GameserverKings.com had the best price and really great FAQs and tutorials for First time server admins. The only problem I had was my account not setting up right at the beginning. This posed no problems for me as I always had full access to my server and its admin. functions as well as quick responses from CSRs. Overall 4.5 / 5 Stars. Would recommend to others and I plan to return later when they offer Conan servers as well.

very helpful service doesn't scam

I will start out saying that your support and customer service departments are superb. When I utilized the chat, I received a fast response that answered my questions every time. As a new server admin, I was hesitant at first to ask simple questions, but I was always greeted with an upbeat response. The server ran smooth and was easy to set up, as well as update during the required wipes. The mods were easy to install and, again, the customer support was second to none if I had a question about setting up a new map or adding/removing mods. I would definitely recommend your services and hope to be able to return as a customer myself.

When you're done with your server, you'll have to cancel by talking to support directly. Seems to be no "cancel" button anywhere, which means you'll keep getting billed automatically until you cancel. Would be a bigger deal if support wasn't as good as it is, but I'd love to have these things implemented on the website so that if I want to buy just one month of a server, I can do that from the website. But! Servers had no issues! Will buy from them again down the line, as I said they have EXCELLENT support and besides the rather basic website and some weird billing issues I'd highly recommend these guys!

Love everything besides the panel being a bit slow and the RCON sometimes going blank, everyting else is PERFECT, 24/7 support, very friendly developers willing to help as much as they can, all in all, i'd suggest this hosting to anyone looking to own a server.
