Being a server owner, I’ve always been looking for a great hosting company that would provide me with a great server to run my game on that me and my community can enjoy. I originally had used ScalaCube, another online dedicated server hosting company for my needs, and wasn’t very satisfied with their performance, pricing, support, or control panel, so I decided to take a look for another game server hosting company. I came across GameServerKings late one night, and was surprised to see that their live chat was still available at around 3am that Sunday night. I decided to ask some questions to get a feel of what the service was like, and what they offered. I was greeted by a very nice and professional support team member, that directly and transparently answered every single one of my questions. That night, I decided that GameServerKings was the way to go. The next day I bought a plan, and was set to go. I confirmed with the 24/7 live chat that my server was up and ready, and they made sure everything on their side was configured to my likings. The performance that GameServerKings provided me was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever seen, for what small amount of money I payed for the service. The server performance was over 10x better then before, for nearly half the price! Unbelievable! After many days of having no issues and perfect, zero lag gameplay, I ran into a game issue, where players on my server needed me to restart and update the game server because of a bug in rust. I was on the road at the time, and was informed from my community’s discord server. I then opened up my mobile browser and logged in to GameServerKings control panel and contacted the live support, requesting them to update and restart my Rust server. They replied almost instantly, and within 5 minutes, my server was back up and ready for my players to game on. There is no other hosting company that is that fast, and has that good of a support team on the market, and I’ve used dozens of hosts. Then, on “wipe day”, I was in need of help getting the latest version of “oxide” or the modded rust tool, on my server for the new rust update. I contacted support over live chat, and they installed the oxide experimental version onto my server for me, without me having to do anything. It was amazing. I could ask the live support to do any task that I wanted, anywhere in the world, and they would do it with pleasure, nearly instantaneously. Compared to other game server hosting companies, it can take hours, or even days for them to reply to even the simplest of requests, for them to just reply and tell you that they are unable to do what you asked. Not GameSreverKings. They are always on their A Game and getting the job done, the right way. Their support structure is unbeatable, and extremely efficient for their clients, and deserve much more recognition in the community for what incredible service they povide. Their server performance is also unbeatable for what you are paying for. Just talk to the support any time and you will see what I mean. Overall, GameServerKings is the single best company for Dedicated Game Server Hosting solutions, period. Their superior Support, Performance, Pricing, and Control Panel blow all of their conpetators out of the water, and then some. I will continue to use GameServerKings for the foreseeable future, and guarantee you that there is no such thing as better support, and overall experience than what they provide. 11/10

I was having some issues migrating my server and making sure all configurations were kept intact and Rene helped me get everything situated very quickly. So far the performance of my server is great. edit: The customer service end is very lacking after just a couple of weeks. Sometimes no one even responds at all. I would shop around for a better hosting service that puts more into customer service. Within just a couple of weeks I have had two situations arise and literally no one answering live chat.

I had a great experience with Game Server Kings, when I had questions, and when my server didn't work - they responded within a couple minutes each time. Rene was super helpful in getting me set up, and I assume everyone else working in support at Game Server Kings is the same.
