Great product. Well put together will little notice of any flaws. However, processing could take up to a week and a half to two weeks. Nonetheless the wait is worth is and a great competitor in the controller market.

Love my controller and that I was able to pick out the colors! It works awesome! Great customer service too I had one minor issue that was resolved promptly.

I ordered a mod very last minute for my son for Christmas. I believe I ordered it on December 18th. I had it two days later!! My son was so excited on Christmas morning. About 3-4 weeks later, a button was sticking. After talking to a service rep, we were advised to send it in to be repaired or replaced. They sent me a package to ship it back in. Id say it was less than 2 weeks from the time we shipped it that we had it back at our door step. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is superb!!!!

Took some time for them to work on the controller, so I didn't receive by the expected ship date; but I am happy overall. Controller is perfect, and they have outstanding customer service willing to help and respond quickly.

The mods weren't installed whenever my son first received his controller, so we had to pay shipping to send it back to have this fixed. GamerModz fixed it correctly and my son couldn't be happier with his controller.

This is my first custom controller and it has exceeded all of my expectations. Everything works exactly as advertised. The 'feel' is better than I had hoped for. All buttons work perfectly and smoothly with a great tactile perception, everything fits and feels great, huge improvement over a standard PS4 controller not to mention having the customization! Great product and highly recommend it!

After waiting nearly a month for my controller I received one that was nothing what I had ordered. Was told by the "Customer Service Rep" that I would have my order expedited to me, my triggers were out of stock so I changed to what he had said they had in stock. After a week of my order being "in progress" I called and was told they were waiting on parts, that I was told they had in stock, from China due to the Chinese New Year. I then had to change my order AGAIN to parts they had in stock, and after 2 months from my 1st order finally received my controller. But still paid full price with no kind of discount or compensation for my troubles. Very unhappy that I had to be the one to get into contact with them when they were the ones that screwed up.
