I really liked my controller. After a couple of weeks the dpad stopped working correctly. I contacted them and they were quick to send our a prepaid label to send the controller. It took 3-4 days to get an update on what was going on. And even then they were vague answers. After 4 weeks they finally decided to send me a new controller because they couldn't fix the original issue. At this time I still haven't received my new controller and have no idea when it's going to arrive. All in all I would order again because the quality of product but it's extremely difficult to get an answer in a timely manner.

The prices are great, the controllers were made quickly and shipped unbelievably quickly, and GamerModz kept me updated every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend and buy from again.

This is my second purchase within a month. One was for my brother. I put his name and gamer tag on the controller and put his three favorite colors on it! He couldn't believe it. Hell it was soo sick nasty i had to buy one for myself. Plus the mods actually work! I NEVER type reviews ever but Gamermodz is Legit. Definitely worth the money.

I'm really satisfied with the replacement d-pad for my 360 controller and the buttons (X,Y, B ,A, and Guide) to match.

Have issues after setting rapid fire sometimes I have to adjust because the settings of the gun change, could be something with the game also , I've been playing starwars battlefront.

I have used other companies such as GamerModz and found Gamer modz is the company I am most happy and pleased with. Not only Do they provide 100% great customer service by are prompt and always answer any question I may have. Thank you GM for all your hard work and prompt service.
