The customer service at ha wheat is…
The customer service at ha wheat is excellent. The controllers were a problem with the entertainment system we ordered but the staff at gamegear corrected the issue.

I thought it was actual a game boy,but…
I thought it was actual a game boy,but I paid 150.00 bucks for knock off .Never again....

Michele, while the product title and description clearly state "Raspaberry Pi Handheld with multi system", most buyers know that this little powerful unit outperforms the original Game Boy. You will love it. If by any chance that you don't like it, I will take it back and issue refund.

My product was defective and game gear…
My product was defective and game gear made it right. I was able to send in the defective product and get a product that worked. My son is so happy!!!

This little system was way beyond my…
This little system was way beyond my best expectations! Hooked up in seconds and within minutes I was playing Mike Tysons’s Punchout and Ninja Gaiden! Both played flawlessly....even if I didn’t lol. A+++

Fixed Issue
The system stopped working after less than 3 months, but we got ahold of the IT team through text and were able to trouble shoot to find the solution. There are more games than you'll ever be able to play. It is fun to play the old games with the old school controlers.

Ordered the "Nintendo NES Classic…
Ordered the "Nintendo NES Classic Edition Remake HDMI w/ built-in 621 Games". I didn't realize it wasn't the legit Nintendo version you'd buy at the store, but with 600+ games, it's soooo much better. I had an issue with one of the controllers and Game Gear support quickly shipped out a new one at no extra cost. We rave to all of our friends about the NES!
