Gave it two stars because they did try to help me. But after using the second micro sd card sent to me and it still didn’t work I give it 2 stars. Super laggy. Unable to play any games! Disappointing.

John, The issue likely stems from a faulty Raspberry Pi or an insufficient power supply, rather than a bad SD card.
