If anyone is going to see the Christmas lights at Gallery Furniture on w. Grand Parkway and want the kids to see Santa read this before going. FYI If you want your kids to see Santa you have to be an existing customer or fill out an application. Why would they require you to get your credit checked before letting the kids see Santa? Santa called my grandkids over to see him but they wouldn't let them see him until they filled out an application. They declined so had to leave and the boys didnt get to visit with Santa. Don't have Santa wave kids over if they can't see him. That is wrong. I understand Mattress Mack does a lot of good things in community but none of our family have ever asked for help from him or anyone else. My son called and talked to Mattress Mack and his response was sort of rude. They were eventually going to buy furniture from him but not now. We had bought some a long time ago and soon will be looking for a living room set but will not buy from Gallery Furniture because of the attitude. I know it seems like a small thing but has left me feeling bad about Mattress Mack.

SCAM. Please watch out. He takes your money, gives you a fake delivery tracking link and disappears.

OMG, I was about to buy over $150K of furniture from this store for my new house I just purchased. I only just went onto their site to purchase and …. Nothing. They’re gone. Then I read all these dreadful reviews! OMG did I dodge an extremely expensive bullet.

Please do not buy from Gallery furniture. They are a scam. I have been waiting 11 months for my ottoman. They do not pick up the phone or answer emails. I went out to there showroom & it was locked up & it was in a block of small warehouses. Neighbours have never seen them. These people should be in jail! N

AVOID BUYING FROM GALLERY FURNITURE, AUBURN, NSW. THEY ARE A FAKE ONLINE RETAILER. THEY PRETEND TO SELL EXQUISITE AND SUBLIME FURNITURE. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE BY TAKING THEIR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER THE GOODS. I MADE 2 PURCHASES IN 2022 AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS. THEY ALSO WILL NOT REFUND. THEY HAVE RECENTLY TAKEN THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OFF THEIR WEBSITE. NEXT STEP IS TO CONTACT YOUR BANK, IF UNSUCCESSFUL LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH NSW FAIR TRADING OR CALL GRACE ON 0403050705 FOR SUPPORT.

CURRENT AFFAIR ANYONE?! Having read recent reviews which show my experience to be systematic, perhaps we should warn other customers before they waste their money and time. Christine

Paid for some vases in March, they never arrived. They never answer their phone, they don’t respond to their live concierge or emails. Bombarded their Facebook page with complaints to get an email with a delivery date of late May to early June. But guess what - they never arrived. It’s now July and I’ve lodged complaints with the ACCC and Fair Trading. They are a SCAM, save your money and don’t buy from these guys!!! And an open invitation to Gallery Furniture to sue me if anything above is not true.
