The zip on my Caravaggio jacket failed on day one. I took it to a repair shop who verified that someone had used the wrong runner for that zip and it would never work. Caravaggio was a genius. The person who put this jacket together was - I’m sadly not allowed to use offensive language here so let’s just say - the opposite of a genius. Galartsy you owe me £10 for the new zip and another £10 for the trouble.

This store has a very very bad quality of objects, everything looks and feels like a toy, poor quality in everything that I bought and i bought a lot of things, the service is auful, I try to get my money back because it was for a present but it didn't arrive on time ( las like 3 or more weeks) and they didn't give me my money back, but I'm glad I didn't give this as a present it would have been embracing, it was a waste of money!

Disappointed to have had such a terrible experience with the delivery of my items because the products are amazing - unique & of sound quality for the price. The first item was incorrect style of Girl with the Pearl Earring earrings, they sent silver instead of gold however let me keep the silver whilst they sent the gold. The Rocco sunglasses were showing as delivered with the incorrect earrings however it wasn’t, I raised this at the time and was told to wait until all items came. I waited the 3 weeks and reached out again, they requested I lodge with local post to locate and if deemed undelivered/missing by 8 weeks they would refund or resend the item. I did this and provided evidence from the local post however at the time of 8 weeks they had gone back on what they had said about providing refund/replaced - after frustrating back and forth emails, they refunded the missing item. I vowed to never shop with them again given terrible communications with delivery and for individually shipping items to the same address.

Could give more starts if it was possible. I ordered the canvas boots two weeks ago. I received them today and couldn't not rate my experience ordering from this company. The item arrived with a very good quality, classic style and an aesthetic design. The customer service was so helpful as they have always provided me the details whenever I reached to them. I am satisfied and I highly recommend!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought something over a month ago for my daughter. Emailed to see where it was. Was told it had been delivered to its destination and a tracking number. The number only showed that it had been delivered to usps. Advised them it was not delivered to destination because I am the destination and have not received it. They then told me they never said that, even though I have the email. I asked multiple times for a tracking number to show me where it was with usps and they evaded the question. Most recent is an email I sent for an update that’s just been ignored, no response at all. Scam company, do not buy from them.
