AWFUL QUALITY. THINGS ARE NOT WORTH THEIR PRICE!!!

This is my fifth purchase from them , I have a love at first sight story with them first I saw their jackets I fall in love i ordered three van goghs jacket they came in time the quality is super great , my fourth order I miss ordered the size then I sent them an email they were so nice and very helpful.

I ordered shoes from Galartsy and it arrived late. I wouldn’t have minded that BUT they sent me the wrong shoe size and the wrong color. I sent an email to their customer service team more than a week ago and I have gotten 0 action from them despite my constant follow ups. Waste of money. Very poor customer service and cheap quality.

Extremely poor quality, especially for the price they ask. Their socks are fine, I actually like them quite a lot - but I ordered a Van Gogh sweatshirt, and it was abysmal. The fabric is awful to touch, it feels like plastic - and after two washes the product looks so bad that I will not wear it out anymore. Overall, I dont think I will ever buy anything else from this website.

Total Scam!!!! I ordered the Starry Night Night skirt in size 4XL and it looked nothing like the photo advertised. It was completely cheap and unwearable. It is so short it won't even cover my hips! The fabric is practically transparent. I also ordered a pair of earrings that were not even in the package. I will try to return the skirt and get my money back.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered back in January and it’s now March. My order hasn’t even left the warehouse. They stopped replying to my emails altogether and I had to keep bothering them. Offered me no help at all. Spent €70 and it’s been two months wasted on one single item. Not worth it at all, if I could I’d give 0 stars.

Don't buy from this company if you have breasts. My partner and I have purchased two of the same dress, because I was in love with it and really wanted to wear it to a wedding. We measured the exact measurements both times using the sizing chart for the item. The small was meant to fit me with room per the measurements provided for the item, but was entirely too small around the ribs and bust. We decided to outright buy the medium and ask Galartsy to refund us the small proactively because we were in a hurry to get the dress. The medium came, and while it was bigger around the waist it was EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE around the bust as the small. So now we have two dresses that don't fit and are out over a hundred pounds. Galartsy have yet to get back to us with any real answers about the first item, and we have little faith that we will see our refund for either item.
