This is my second experience with Galartsy, I have ordered some mugs. They are indeed so artsy and I’m so excited to offer my guests some coffee in these mugs! Unfortunately, one of the spoons came broken. That’s for sure not Galartsy mistake but sometimes shipping couriers are not too careful. I have contacted the customer service team for this problem and they have replied back too fast providing a tracking number for a new package that was sent to me as a replacement. I’m truly satisfied and for sure I will order again.

Posted a review for a product twice, and somehow they neither got published (it’s been at least a week since I submitted the first one). My poor quality sunglasses I got apparently have almost all five star reviews-don’t believe their review system to give you the critical points. Don’t fall for the sale price-they’re always on sale and from my one product and reviews I’ve seen, they aren’t worth the sale price.

Poor quality stuffs made in china, and it's impossible to contact their CS to get your refund back.

If I could give this zero I would. Just received my order and am so so so very disappointed. Its like it came from Wish. Material: super cheap Size: Did not match description (measured with tape) They also make it really hard to return your item. I've just been to the site and checked their page. Definitely not a trustworthy site.

Extremely cheap material. Not worth the price or the novelty.

I bought multiple items and only received one, which is a Creation of Adam watch. Which is very disappointing because I paid a good amount for the Monet silk scarves and Van Gogh Totes. When I emailed support, they informed me that the packages were lost during transaction and that they would resend the items, but I’ve never received anything.

Never again! Skirt was super flimsy material, no tags and just truly awful quality. Ordered a 4XL and it was a tight fit for my AU8 sized friend. Earrings didn’t come with backs. Missing the sweater.

Horrible! 100% scam! Well, the quality is terrible, the skirt was wrong sized and transparent. The backpack had a zipper that was always getting stuck and they refunded me only 5 $. Too expensive for this horrible everything, not worth! The pictures are quite deceiving. I read before some bad reviews, and some good ones, and it was the biggest waste of money ever.
