Very fragile shoes. soles come off the shoe after 2 months barely casual wearing! Really bad quality!!!

In December 2023 I bought some sneakers but they were too big, I immediately contacted customer service and they answered me very quickly and kindly, from the moment I asked for a number change they told me what to do and their service was very friendly and excellent, I think I exchanged about 27 emails with the customer service guy and he was very kind. I returned the sneakers that didn't fit and they are going to send me some in my size. When I receive them I will comment again. Excellent client service. Thank you
