I love the trainers I ordered from Galartsy. I made sure I understood their Returns Policy before placing order as am sometimes a size 4 or 5(UK). I sent 3 emails, the first of which was in the policy time frame. I'm now confirming my rights as per the UK Consumer Rights Act for digital purchases and hope I'll get somewhere. Really don't want to go down this road as love the trainers - really comfortable and are stunning.

It took awhile to get here but other then the shoes are stunningly beautiful can't wait to wear them! And the ribbon laces are a nice touch.

Misleading website information so that items are unreturnable. Poor service. Ordered a pair of trainers which came in the womens sizing (although this was not specified on the website when I ordered). The website page showed any unwanted items could be returned within 15 days and the locations listed on the website included London. I was then told that the London site didn’t accept returns and that I had to pay to send the shoes to china or the USA. After I pointed this out, I was told I would be sent a free replacement but this was later redacted as I was told my item was part of a 15-page list of non-returnable items. When I pointed out that the page where I ordered the item said I could return them, I was told this was unfortunate. Also the trainers arrived several days late so if they had been men’s sizing, I would have missed my uncle’s birthday anyway.
