When I bought the watch, I didn't expect it to fall apart after one day of wearing it, but it did. We agreed via email to get a full refund, but that was the last message I received from them, and of course I don't have the money. I don't know how else to solve the problem, and I'm very disappointed that my purchase turned out like this.

The pillowcase is white on the back. I find that a little bit tacky. I would have thought the same yellow as on the front would have been a better choice, or another contrasting color that was used in the picture. I still like the pillowcase. It is nice and soft.

Very good quality. I ordered the shoes a size to small and the customer support was very helpful. I had to send the shoes back on my own cost and the package got lost, so they sent me a new pair of shoes for free. Very happy with the products

Ich habe 2 Paar Schuhe bestellt in 2 unterschiedlichen Größen. Daraufhin habe ich ein Paar behalten und wollte das andere zurückschicken. Neben den Retourkosten, die man selbst Tragen muss und durch die Lieferung in die USA nicht gerade gering ausfallen, habe ich bis heute nicht das Geld für die zurück geschickten Schuhe erhalten. Auch nach wiederholter Nachfrage habe ich keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Die Schuhe an sich sehen gut aus, aber sind sehr schlecht verarbeitet. Bereits nach 2 Monaten tragen gehen sie an manchen Stellen kaputt. Insgesamt würde ich trotz des guten Designs nie wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen, da sie weder Preis-/Leistungstechnisch noch Qualitativ überzeugen konnten. Auch der Kundenservice lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Terrible customer service. They either take ages to reply or don't reply at all. Very little information is provided about how the return process works. I have been sent a link to their policy twice, which doesn't work. The return has ended up being costly from the UK, so unless you are absolutely sure about sizing do not bother!

Originally I was quite skeptical from purchasing from Galartsy. Unfortunately this skeptisicm only occured to me after purchasing 2 pairs of shoes. After looking over the Instagram account it all looked a bit sus, 200k followers or so but there reels and posts are so dead how could this be? bots? idrk but I emailed one of the people at the compnay expressing my concern for the authenticity of the product. They responded reasonably quickly and it was more of just a "wait and see" kind of thing, THANKFULLY my package arrived suprisingly early and I was SO happy because of it. I am now big fan of Galartsy. Big up galartsy Thanks galartsy (please slide me free stuff)
