The beautiful items and the stellar customer service!!

I ordered shoes at the end of January. Like other people on this site I have tracking status marked as "delivered" but I have no shoes. Customer service is poor and unresponsive. I have filed a claim with paypal. I would avoid if I were you.

Firstly i wasn't satisfied with a purchase but the customer care team helped a lot and really knew how to manage the problem. So far so good, the only complain i got its about the jewelry section which lacks quality and variety. Other than that, everything was good.

Timely delivery

Pretty sure it's a scam, took an order from me, and several weeks later they still haven't shipped. Finally responded to an email saying they weren't in stock but they would send them when they had them, no idea when that would be. Requested a refund, which has still not processed, they “need to speak to dispatch” despite the fact they don't have the product to sell me, I can't imagine why they would need to speak to anyone. Essentially they took an order for a product that doesn't exist, didn't tell me about it and now are being a pain about refunding it.
