Awesome quality and definitely eye catchers! I ordered Christmas gifts & I have been fighting the temptation of keeping them for myself😍😛 Delivery was awesome as well. Arrived on time. There is that window of waiting for the actual order to process, but after that, it's smooth sailing.

So since I was approved for a purchase of my fiancee engagement ring. I've tried to contact someone to finalize my deal but I'm not able to speak with anyone. Called a couple days ago, and was told expect a call nothing so far and this ring was going to be her Xmas/engagement present.

Hi Carl, thank you for sharing your concern. I have reviewed your order details with our sales team and loan documents with our financing partner Lendfirm and it appears you have not completed all necessary documents to finalize your order. Please email [email protected] for additional support on how to complete these steps.

Madeline Maurer is absolutely amazing! I’m sure it is just her job to make sure we get the rings but she emailed me and made sure I was updated on the status of my rings!!! To top it off the the ring is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you so much Madeline and of course Gage Diamonds!!!

I was very pleased with my telephone request for earrings for my wife. Dustin is great! He answered all my questions and was able to get the order in that day. I look forward to seeing her expression when she opens the box on Christmas Day. Cheers to the wonderful staff.

Hi Luis, I am so sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with your experience. I have reviewed your order details and it appears your order was placed on the 5th of December and shipped on the 22nd of December which is 13 business days. Unlike big-box jewelers who mass produce their jewelry, each piece at Gage Diamonds is made-to-order and created with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. Every piece is then meticulously examined by quality control to ensure your piece meets our exceptionally high standards, thus we quote all orders as ready to ship in 10-15 business days. Again, we are sorry we could not get this item to you sooner but we hope you are satisfied with the final outcome of the ring, knowing that the extra time taken to produce it was used to make sure your ring was perfect crafted!
