Misquoted arrival time
Ordered my wife a wedding band upgrade on December 5th I was told I would have it before Christmas. I called on the 20th because I was worried that it hadn’t shipped yet I was told that it takes 4-6 weeks and that they are sorry about the misquoted time any other time I would have been ok with it but my wife still doesn’t have her ring and I haven’t heard anything back from gage yet I’m not just a angry customer I actually purchased three other expensive items totaling over 8k and they came just fine within the quoted time I’m not sure what’s going on there I guess I have to continue to wait but I hope it will be here before next year the surprise is already ruined not a good experience at all

I have been trying for days to get a simple answer and keep being told i will check and get back to you. 3 days and 3 calls later NOTHING! Your reply has nothing to do with what my customer service issues were about!! But thanks for a reply ON HERE!

Hi John, I am so sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the customer service provided. I have reviewed your order details and it shows that you placed an order for a custom design on December 14th. As stated on our site and order confirmation emails, all orders take 10-15 business days (meaning Monday - Friday, not including holidays.) Your order is still on track to be shipped and delivered on schedule. Unlike big-box jewelers who mass produce their jewelry, each piece at Gage Duanibds is made-to-order and created with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. Every piece is then meticulously examined by quality control to ensure your piece meets our exceptionally high standards, which is why the production time is 10-15 business days.

I had never heard of Gage Diamonds…
I had never heard of Gage Diamonds before until I started looking for the perfect engagement ring. It was a tough process to find the right one but then I stumbled upon Gage Diamonds. I found the perfect halo setting with a lab grown diamond (I prefer not to contribute to blood diamonds). When I popped the question, it brought her to tears and she thought the ring was absolutely perfect. She said I did good, so that’s all that matters! Thank you!
