I’m still waiting on my merchandise to arrive and I’m about to be on my second payment for both of my loans. Until I receive my merchandise I will not be able to give a full honest review

Loved everything about the experience other than when I asked to see the ring before being mailed out to me so I can see a physical form of it to make sure it’s what I wanted, they disregarded my request and sent it anyways. I would have ordered a bigger one and spent more money….. my second purchase from them as well. Other than that. Excellent company and I would use them again.

The ring was beautiful. However, I had to email twice to confirm the shipment of the ring to a FedEx location (the first email did not receive a response for 11 days), and I had to email to follow up as to the insurance appraisal. The customer service was, unfortunately, sorely lacking.

Item was adequately packaged and arrived in a timely manner. Immediately following purchase MVMT dropped their price about $12.

I love the ease of purchasing the ring. I waited the standard time it stated as engagement date was getting closer I was concerned I wouldn’t get it in time. Thankfully they overnighted the ring. When it arrived it was the wrong center stone. I received a round not princess cut. Called and informed them but proposal was next day. They were happy to exchange it but my now fiancé doesn’t want to go without ring. Just bummed wasn’t what I originally asked for but appreciate the communication.

I expected to receive the ring in the 5 to 10 days that stated I would. Unfortunately it could be 14 to 16 days. I ordered on the 16th of November but will not receive until around the 8th of December.

My shopping experience was great. However, waiting to receive my product which was purchased on 3/25 and having 2 payments completed to my account is not satisfactory to me. Attempting to find out updated information about the status of my order is not possible. There is never any new information updated on the website. When can I expect to receive my products?
