Hi Christine, I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your Gage Diamonds experience. It is stated on our website that our engagement rings are made-to-order and take 10-15 business days (which does not include holidays or weekends.) Additionally, we always require a first payment be made before we ship out an order that has been financed. After reveiwing your order details with the team, the $150 was not refunded as it was used as a deposit to remove the diamond from the site until you made your purchase, which is not something we have ever done before, especially during the holiday season. We hope you understand that as a small business we are required to take these steps to protect ourselves. Again, we are truly sorry you did not enjoy your experience.

Hi Nickolas, I am so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience. It states on the website and in the order confirmation email that unless noted as a "ready to ship" item, all orders require 10-15 business days (which does include weekends or holidays) and I see that you ordered a custom engagement ring. You should not be out any money as you financed your purchase and did not make a payment prior to canceling your order. If you believe this is a mistake please contact us at [email protected].
