BEWARE! SCAM
These people are a scam and try to rip you off. I sent them my laptop which was purchased a month ago BRAND NEW and I erased the entire software and all the passwords. The value amount showed $598 but when I paid $16 in packaging to ship it to them they sent me an email saying it was worth $0 and claimed that there was a password on it and it wasn’t brand new. Not only that but they only communicate with you through text message or chat which they never responded to. So I texted them and they were extremely unprofessional and tried to argue with me. If I don’t get my device back from them, there will be legal action!

Clare, thank you for taking the time to share your feelings about using the service. Unfortunately, this laptop has arrived with a BIOS lock and it looks like you were unable to provide it so that it could have been removed. Without the password, the only way we can fix the issue is by replacing the entire board, therefore, "Defective Motherboard" deduction applies in this case. Since the motherboard is by far the most expensive component, BIOS lock drastically lowers laptop's reselling value, and that is why it resulted in a $100 revised offer. We apologize for your experience and appreciate your feedback. Should you need guidance in removing the password yourself, please do not hesitate to email, we'd be happy to assist you with this. (Just a quick note: to access BIOS in a Lenovo laptop, please press F1 right after powering the laptop on.) As per your request, the laptop is on the way back to you to the address below, free of charge, tracking #1ZA65Y204293838397, and it should reach you in a few business days.
