Hi Byron, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We have already communicated with you in regards to the lost check issue over the weekend, and I believe we were able to resolve it. Unfortunately, mail delays are an ongoing problem we all have been experiencing lately. And while our packages are handled by the UPS, company checks are processed directly by the bank and are mailed via the USPS Standard Mail service. Sadly, USPS is beyond our control, but we are happy to work with our customers and offer alternative solutions if any problems arise. Per your request, the check was already voided and we issued your payment through Venmo @Byron-Saffold instead. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Hello Charles, Thank you for taking the time to write the review. The reason why your estimates had to be revised is because you had provided incorrect information online. Unfortunately, you had picked incorrect laptop models for two of the laptops, which drastically altered the offer. Furthermore, the cosmetic and functional condition of all three units was misrepresented. Two of laptops did not boot up or powered up and all three arrived with multiple hardware defects. Therefore, those laptops did not meet your online description: "My gadget is fully functional and in flawless (like new) condition”. In any case, you are not obligated to accept the revised offer, as we always give an option to have devices sent back at no cost to you. Hope this clarifies the outcome a bit and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to email us directly. Thanks again.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear the transaction was not satisfactory. Shipping is always free, both ways. We encourage customers to reuse boxes to reduce waste and expenses. Your quote has to change because the initial quote was for a laptop in "flawless" condition, as stated by you, but the laptop casing had cracks, the display was defective and it was missing the power adapter, this is why your quote was revised. In any case, there's no obligation to accept the new quote, and you don't have to pay at all to have your laptop returned to you. Clare, thank you for taking the time to share your feelings about using the service. Unfortunately, this laptop has arrived with a BIOS lock and it looks like you were unable to provide it so that it could have been removed. Without the password, the only way we can fix the issue is by replacing the entire board, therefore, "Defective Motherboard" deduction applies in this case. Since the motherboard is by far the most expensive component, BIOS lock drastically lowers laptop's reselling value, and that is why it resulted in a $100 revised offer. Moe, sorry to hear the transaction was not satisfactory. Luckily, this transaction is still in progress. Your devices were delivered on Friday. We contacted you after 2 business days, as per our policy, not sure why you say it took a week, I understand you might be upset with the outcome, but there's no reason to lie about our handling time. Furthermore, there's a good explanation why your devices were valued less than the initial quote. The computers you sent in got a quote for "flawless and fully functional", but many of your units are locked with admin/BIOS password, rendering them unusable. For some units you misrepresented the specifics, such as the processor type and storage type. Anyhow, we have received confirmation from you over email a few minutes ago that you agreed to sending these devices in such conditions and will like us to send your payment, so we are ready to issue your payment, but it seems that you are not satisfied with the transaction. Since we have not yet issued your payment, we can ship your devices back to you at no cost. Please let us know by email if you do in fact want us to send your payment or would like your devices ship back yo you. Sorry again you were not happy with the transaction, but please understand that a locked computer is the same as a locked/blacklisted/stolen phone, it is only usable for parts.

It was also missing keys, it was also a different model from what you had selected online. For these reasons your laptop was revalued at $12.00 Since you did not accepted this new offer, your laptop was sent back to you free of charge.
