I had never used Gadget Circuit before and was a little hesitant because I was buying a rather expensive (to me) camera for my daughter. Gadget Circuit had the best price and also after purchasing the camera, the best service!

I bought a Canon EOS Rebel T5 camera body for a great price. I received it very quickly especially considering it was just before XMAS. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this company.

Recently bought a Nikon camera for a great price. It appears to be brand new and no issues yet. However, I have since discovered that it is a GRAY MARKET product. If you don't know what that is, Google it. When I called Gadget Circuit to discuss this, their explanation was that the low price should have made that obvious. I've talked to A LOT of people, friends, family, co-workers, and NO ONE I've talked to knew about the gray market. Gadget Circuit should readily display that a product is an "import" or "gray market" or "parallel market" or "not manufactured for service in the USA" or something. Based on my conversation with them, I believe this is an intentional exclusion of information. Although, I'll admit that I am happy to own a Gray Market product, because while Nikon may not service my camera, others will, and I think it's absurd that a company will jack the price on a product just because it is intended to be sold in the USA. Screw Nikon, but I love the camera.

I had been pricing the Fuji S9400 since autumn 2014. I had previously purchased the now obsolete S8400 which died on me in June at the end of my trip to Israel. Despite the frustration of that experience, I knew the pros outweighed the cons for the upgraded S9400 version that supplanted it. Great camera offering full 360-degree Panorama, Full HD video and 50x zoom at 16mp. And this was just the Auto settings. Being an award winning DSLR photographer who just wanted something lighter for the transatlantic trip, the older Fuji won me over. I waited until Black Friday lowered the prices, which actually didn't near the previous model's purchase price until the final week before Christmas. The brand new S9400W from Gadget Circuit deeply undercut the lowest big retailer by another $20, plus they offered free shipping and b/c they were out of state, I saved on the NY sales tax as well! All tolled, that's another $30 in actual savings! They acknowledged the online sale and 2 days later sent me an email saying it shipped. Imagine my surprise when I found it waiting for me at home that day! I would highly recommend Gadget Circuit to my friends.
