Did not disclosed that the Nikon lens I bought was a used product. It was an open boxed product. Promptly gave me a refund.

Honestly, was not impressed whatsoever with the service from gadget circuit. First I ordered a Nikon D5300 in grey with 2 lenses. After several days of not receiving the camera i checked the UPS tracking which told me it had been returned to gadget circuit because of a bad address. I understand that this is not necessarily gadget circuits fault, however they never contacted me. I then called them and ask that the camera be immediately sent out again as I needed it in a timely manner for a Chanukah gift. I was told that they were already processing a return and I would have to reorder the camera. I then had to front the money for the second camera while waiting over a week for the money form the first to be credited back to my card. When I finally received the camera it was the wrong color (black instead of the ordered grey). At this point i decided to cut my losses (as I was already giving the gift late) and just kept the black camera. Additionally, the camera was not packaged very professionally. I ordered the D5300 with 18/55 lens kit. The camera I got came in a box for a D5300 with a 18/140 kit and my lens in a separate box. They're clearly breaking apart the manufactures packages as needed. Gadget circuit did have the best price on what I was looking for, but I guess sometimes you just get what you pay for...

I ordered a camera and sent it to a po box address. When I called several days later it had not been delivered. I was told to order it again and ship to a street address and you would credit the earlier order. I have not received the credit.

I ordered a Sony RX-100 Mark3 and found out it was a imported model. I called and emailed the customer service to cancel the order but the order was in transit. They stop the shipment and redirected it back to them. After they received the package back, they refunded the entire amount. I should have checked to see if it was a USA model so I could have eliminated the process but Gadget Circuit did manage the return in a timely manner. I deduced one star because they should have included the information about the import model on the website like other web dealers.

I recently bought a Nikon D5300 from GadgetCircuit. I got it within a week and have been enjoying it since. I don't have any complaints.
