Easy to order & great quality.

Very easy process to follow. And of course the glasses are great! They were quick too and packaged very well.

I didn't receive what I ordered and paid for, my was supposed to include photochromic lenses, but what I received was slightly tinted lenses. I am dissatisfied!

Good quality frames and lens prescription. Would buy again.

[UPDATE (no I will not change my review)]: I was contacted by the company to ask me to change my review from 2 stars to 5 stars in exchange for a refund of the frames (after about 6 emails back and forth telling me that I would have to pay to return them). Rather than accept the bribe to change my review, I decided to eat the $40 to let this review stand as a warning against the business practices of this company. Seriously, shop elsewhere. [Original Review] Styles and prices are very good — and the "try-on" feature is as well. But - BUT - if what you get in the mail is not exactly to your liking (because things do look different in person than on their app, of course!) don't even think about returning/exchanging frames here. They make it completely cost-prohibitive, such that you just keep the glasses you got, even if you never plan to use them. I was offered increasing discounts (first 20%, then 30%) on "another order" but at this point, if it's not right, even that discount is a waste of money if the frames don't realllly match what you were expecting, size-wise (or otherwise). So, buyer beware -- you may not like what you get, and you will be stuck with it. -------------- Reply #1 to the reply below: I have been in touch with the customer service team, but they are unable to provide a solution other than paying return shipping to China to take care of this problem. This is, obviously, cost-prohibitive, and would cost more than the frames are worth. This is not a great solution for US customers. ------

Easy to shop. Great frames and my order with prescription was perfect.

The experience is great because of its efficiency and quality of the product. I love my glasses. Appreciate the pronto acquisition of the product as well.

Easy to navigate web page and check-out; for a great selection of frames. Shipping is fast, and my glasses came in nice cloth carry bags, with cleaning kits and an adjustment screwdriver.
