The company and product are excellent. Our 30-year-old dishwasher had lots of grimy build-up, since we never knew we needed to clean it. After receiving fuugu, I lightly cleaned where I could reach, then ran four dishwasher cycles, one right after the other, reinserting a new tablet each time. After the fourth time, I was surprised and happy to find the hard-to-reach places looked clean, and the dishwasher smelled fresh! It was definitely worth doing it multiple times, back to back, after 30 years of not cleaning! I'm SOLD! Now I will use it once, monthly, as recommended. I'm thoroughly impressed!

I ordered a pair of shoes at Fuugo in mid-December. The money was withdrawn from my account immediately after, and I received messages that the package was on its way from China. However, the package never arrived. I requested the package several times on the website, where I could read that delivery was waiting for me. I wrote several times and nothing happened. Then I asked for the money back, which I never got, and they didn't even answer. Total fraud. Do not buy from this site! Min ordernumber is 62777033. Is was never contacred about delivery or got my money back - so please pay Them back.

Buyer beware! They CALL YOUR HOUSE after the sale and tell you they are “giving you a refresh tab at 70% off” and assume you consent. I emphatically rejected their “Do nothing and we’ll send you this extra thing at our best sale price and automatically charge your card!” I’ll know I’m a few days if they are charging my card illegally. UPDATE: Product arrived. So far no other charges to my card. I’ve increased the rating from 1 star to 3. I still did not appreciate the high pressure sales call.
