Very nice box for my XL cat
Very nice box for my XL cat. It's spacious and looks nicer than the plastic variety. So far, nothing sticks to it...making scooping easier!

Good Boxes, Good Service
Not only are the litter boxes nice and large for my two cats, but they look a lot better in my house (one in the kitchen is quite visible) and are much easier to clean. I didn’t fill my boxes quite as full as I used to with my old box, which helps one of my cats who likes to pee against the side of boxes. No leakage yet, much easier to scoop and clean! My experience with furrbby's customer service was phenomenal. I placed my order not knowing it was a pre-order, as the site didn't indicate that, and reached out to them after not receiving any updates on it. They replied very quickly and kindly explained the situation to me, giving me a few options to choose from. I chose to wait, and they held true to their word to ship my order our quickly when the boxes arrived, and even updated their website to reflect the preorder status of the item, which was something I asked about. Overall, couldn't be happier, it was a wonderful experience.

Great purchase
Delivery was fast! The quality is excellent. My 2 cats had no issue using this new metal kitty pan. It is easy to sift the litter and then cleaning the pan is so easy! No stuck poop!! Love this! Well worth the money and this will last forever!

I'm disappointed in the product.
I'm disappointed in the product! It is sturdy and well built and it arrived in a few days. My problem with it, is the fact that the sifting pan's slots are to big. While it catches the larger clumps, too many smaller clumps slip through. I still have to use a sifter to remove these smaller material. This defeats it purpose. I wouldn't recommend it, especially at the expensive price.
Response from FurrbbyOct 10, 2026
Hi Prempeh, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback and valuable suggestions. We truly understand your experience and appreciate you recognizing the solid build quality of our litter box. We will pass your insights along to our development team for ongoing product improvements. For the smoothest sifting experience, we recommend using granular clumping litter with particles smaller than 5mm. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like more helpful usage suggestions. Reach out anytime if you need anything. Best, Furrbby Team

Stellar litter boxes!
The litter boxes are absolutely stellar. But it took two months to get them. Thats the only reason it didn’t get five stars.
