Brilliant customer service
It is a very rare occurrence when a company performs better than expected! I bought two sets of heavy duty drawer slides from Furnica, one set of which was damaged on delivery. I requested a refund after which a very prompt return label was provided and a pick-up date notified for the parcel. The courier failed to collect and there was a rebooking charge applied because they said the collection failed! Furnica paid the rebooking fee on my behalf and the parcel was subsequently collected (The courier driver said he had not called for the first collection despite what the company said) Anyway I received my refund and I can commend Furnica for going above and beyond my expectations and for their terrific customer service!
