Dealing with Furnica has been an absolute pleasure. I found their prices reasonable, their products are good quality and their product range is extensive. When there was an issue with my order, they went far above and beyond to put right the error and were very quick to respond and very understanding of my unique circumstances. Definitely an organisation I will work with again in the future and one that I can recommend. This level of customer care is unprecedented these days and very much appreciated.

Ordered a replacement LIFT-O-MAT gas spring for a kitchen unit. After some searching I found a unit on-line at furnica and the whole process from order to delivery was handled efficiently. Would definitely shop at furnica again.

Ordered relatively good value cabinet handles. Two of the 13 or so I ordered were gloss, rather than matt which matched the description. Also no screws provided as stated in product description. Contacted Furnica and was told gloss was the only variation available at this point, so I could return the matt and get all gloss, or return all for refund. They said at this point that they would provide the screws. Had to chase for the screws, eventually they turned up 16 days later sent 2nd class post and were standard screws not the correct fit for the handles and didn't match colour of handles. Ideally, if gloss was all that was available, I was contacted before they dispatched to notify me. I could then make a decision about whether to continue at that point. It's very inconvenient to have to send things back if they are wrong. In the end I decided to keep them. But have not been provided with any discount or refund for the inconvenience of having mismatched handles, nor any real acknowledgement or discount for the screws not being sent with the original delivery. I'm assuming my order was too small to be bothered with from their perspective. How do they know I don't run a large cabinet making business and this was the test order that could have lead to more.

Purchased some drawer runners on 22nd march 2021. Tracking info hasnt updated since the 26th. Only found out that this company sells things from overseas when i looked at the tracking info on date of purchase. Emailed the company to say not recieved items yet. Got email back saying they would contact delivery company & get back to me. No response or items & its now april 1st. Company state 3-5 days delivery. Take my advice & purchase from a uk company that actually has stock in the uk. Absolutely shocking customer service the website is misleading avoid at all costs

I came across this company and after a trial order it turned out that they delivered everything on time and the prices are very competitive. For larger orders I was able to get a discount. I think they are a good choice and I will buy there in the future.

Good place to buy furniture accessories for furniture making there. I have never complained about the quality, the prices are very good, also the great range of products.

As long as you don't expect your items they're great. Been waiting weeks, but they're somewhere in Europe which would be nice to know rather than saying 4 days delivery. Save yourself the bother.
