When I recently purchased a new home for my family, I decided to update the built in kitchen that came with the house. Part of that project was to remove all the old cabinet hardware and replace it with new soft close hinges and drawer slider. At first I was hesitant to do this myself but after a call with a very helpful Furnica support agent I was convinced I could do it. They guided me step by step to make sure I had the correct hardware needed. Installation was quite easy and the project turned out to be a great success. We love our upgraded kitchen!! Ordered a chest of draws on the 5th of February and it’s now the 20th and have not received any notification of shipping or tracking number. The invoice says shipping between 6-9 days but we are now at 11 working days (16 total days) and I don’t even know if it’s on the way yet.

Ce n'est que de l'arnaque. Pas reçu mon colis après plusieurs semaines. En plus ils répondent pas aux emails.

Meuble de qualité très médiocre et service de livraison lonnnnnng (quand vous le recevez bien sûr !) . Quand au service de réclamation quel galère , obliger de passer par le service PayPal pour qu’on daigne faire quoi que se soit! Inadmissible , à fuiiiiiir !!
