Habe eine Reihe Scharniere und andere Zubehörteile bei Furnica bestellt. Die Ware kam schnell an und war von guter Qualität.

Avis modifié Commande le 8 mai 2023 de deux armoires Livraison de 2 colis sur les 3 prévus le 17 mai car selon livreur DPD France, le dernier colis est fortement endommagé. Le site indique que la société n'est pas responsable des colis perdus. Il faut se retourner contre le transporteur DPD France. Au début : Furnica injoignable au téléphone et adresse mail n'acceptant plus de message car taille maxi atteinte ! (mauvais signe...) Enfin au bout d'une semaine avec des mails quotidiens, réponse par mail avec des justifications excessives à apporter sur les références des colis reçus et du colis manquant et des pièces dedans !!!! Après plusieurs échanges type ping-pong où on redit toujours la même chose avec les référence des n° des colis de Furnica et ceux du transporteur, l'entreprise m'indique que le colis va m'être à nouveau expédié. Colis reçu le 3 juillet - livraison par DPD France Le colis est en bon état. Je peux monter l'armoire. La petite histoire a quand même duré presque 2 mois. Malgré ce fort désagrément, l'entreprise a honoré la commande passée. Je passe ainsi d'une étoile à 3. Il faut savoir que FURNICA ayant vu l'avis précédent, a demandé à ce que l'avis négatif soit retiré. J'ai du transmettre copie de la facture à Trustpilot pour certification de l'avis (ce qui parait normal pour éviter les avis déloyaux des concurrents) Relation de cause à effet ? Je n'en sais rien mais j'ai les pièces commandées et l'entreprise anglaise a fait le nécessaire avec la fabrique en pologne pour traiter le problème qui est résolu

le problème est la livraison très longue avec dpd une fois ils ont même perdu le colis pas de problème avec furmica une planche du meuble est arrivée abimée une semaine plus tard j avais reçu la nouvelle rapport qualité prix excellent

I ordered the Gabriel 6 grey and white chest of drawers, 6-9 days for delivery with zero updates on its progress, it never arrived, I contacted Them and they claimed that it was going to arrive at their warehouse in a weeks time, they asked me to be patient, so I was, the following week again no updates on the progress of the chest of drawers, I contacted Them again and wait for it, they said that the Gabriel 6 white and grey chest of drawers were unavailable even though they were still listed on their website as in stock, they apologized and said that the same drawers in white was available and that they would have it delivered express on the following Tuesday guaranteed, I agreed and lo and behold, no delivery, contacted Them and asked them to reach out to the courier company for further details, they contacted UPS and then copied me in, days passed and no updates from furnica or UPS, I emailed furnica, at this point it's well over a month sice I ordered the Gabriel 6 grey and white chest of drawers and my patience had worn out, I contact Jack requesting a full refund, he replied saying that he was sorry and that they would try to resolve the situation, I returned an email requesting that the only resolution was to return my money to me, to date they have not responded to my request, one week later the UPS driver turned up with a delivery but at this point I had already popped out to IKEA and bought the malm chest of drawers so I refused the delivery, fortunately I paid Furnica through PayPal, so I put in a request for a refund, money back in my account but no thanks Furnickyourmoney limited. Not sure about the good reviews they've received, could be genuine or family and friends of the CEO. Absolutely won't ever be going on there site for future purchases, this is a true account of what took place it's up to you to decide on whether or not you want to use this company, make sure you pay with PayPal as Furnickyourmoney will not process your refund.

I had a nice chat with customer support regarding the hardware I needed to update my bathroom cabinets and drawers. They were wonderful advising me and the project turned out great. A 5 star ⭐️ company

Von dem Hersteller kann ich nur abraten. Preis/Leistung ist denkbar schlecht, beim Kauf meiner Kommode gab es nach dem Aufbau selbiger, keine Gemeinsamkeiten mit dem Bild von der Internetseite, schief und krumm - und das lag nicht daran, dass ich es nicht aufbauen kann! Die Löcher waren nicht vorgebohrt, laut Hersteller kann man ja eine Wasserwaage zur Hilfe nehmen, wenn man die Schubladen denn unbedingt gerade haben möchte, Qualität der Auszüge und Schübe ist mangelhaft, Schubladen lassen sich nur schwer ausziehen, ein einziges Desaster, 119 Euro für eine Kommode die echt schrottig ist. Auf meine Kritik hin wurde dann gnädigerweise eine Rücksendung genehmigt - allerdings wollte man mir nicht sagen, dass ich auch dass Geld zurück bekommen würde. Man schaut sich das Möbelstück erstmal an und entscheidet dann, wieviel man zurück zahlen würde, schließlich würden Beschädigungen ja abgezogen. Dummerweise musste ich beim Aufbau natürlich die Schrauben einschrauben und kleine Nägel einschlagen um die Rückwand zu fixieren. Alles in allem ist mein Fazit: nie wieder was von Furnica.
