Having previously used this company in the past with no issues I thought I would place a large order for a product I have coming up. They have taken my money not been able to fulfil my order as they haven’t got items in stock. They advised me to cancel the order which I have done but I’m still yet to be refunded. My emails are now being ignored on the matter. This has been going on for over 2 weeks

At first I was sceptical thought oh my God what have I done as only one parcel had turned up and parts were not there so I jumped the gun contacted them by email and to be fair they replied straight away explained there was another parcel on way and to be honest it wouldn't have all fitted into first box it took me a good day to assemble it and when finished they look great so great that we will be placing another order soon and possibly one next year great experience in the end and quality furniture

I bought a chest of drawers at furnica. I will never repeat this experience. The photos on the site were very beautiful, but the reality was very different. The quality of the materials is terrible. Not resistant, it is unstable. Already ruined. And even more so after assembly. They seem nice from the support. I asked for a full refund and they offered me only a partial one. Of which I am still waiting for confirmation. In any case, I strongly advise against purchasing this furniture which, during assembly, with approximate and unclear instructions, is also very difficult to assemble. I am very sorry because I relied a lot on this site and this item. But I will never buy from them again.
