I ordered a Furbo that was to be delivered by Amazon Logistics. Amazon delivered it to the wrong address (although I am wondering if it even existed). Not sure how they could get it wrong and I have tried several times to get help from Furbo but they have little or no customer service and feel that they can just blame somebody else... I have explained to them that I placed an order through them and ultimately it is there responsibility to deliver the item. This still has not happened. They have no way of contacting them apart from an online chat and that is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. There management team ignore emails and send you back to the online chat and round and round you go. Meanwhile I am £150 out of pocket with no Furbo to review. I am starting to think they are a SCAM that take money and write fake reviews. I will update this review if I ever get to the bottom of it. OH and shame in Amazon Logistics for not being able to help in any way even though they delivered it... supposedly. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A PRODUCT DELIVERED AND ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought this camera on the Furbo page, then after 1 week when I contacted them asking where my package is, they said there is a problem with shipping, they cannot ship to my address and ask me for an alternative shipping address. I gave them my address before buying the product and they didn't say they don't ship to my location. Neither there is any such information on their page. A lot of time lost reading reviews, talking to the customer service, making an order etc. This company is not serious. I don't recommend.

Do not buy this product! Brand new out of box didn’t work. The customer service person told me model out of warranty. This bought 6 months prior. They wouldn’t replace it. Told me had to be under warranty. Why is this company selling product out of warranty in 6 months time! Refused to send me new one. They get $169 and I get broken product. Buyer Beware! Bad company. Bad business

Achtung Abzocke!!! Habe mir die Firbo Kamera bei Furbo direkt bestellt. Wollte Sie nach 29 Tagen zurücksenden, da mein Hund die Leckerlies, die die Kamera auswirft nicht frisst, wenn ich nicht da bin (eben gut erzogen) und ich zusätzlich erfahren habe, dass man ein kostenpflichtiges Abo abschließen muss, wenn man die meisten Funktionen der Kamera nutzen will. Vom Support, der erst 2 Tage später reagiert hat, habe ich dann erfahren, dass für die 30 Tage Geld-zurück Garantie das Rechnungsdatum zählt und nich das Empfangsdatum!! Ich war also einen Tag zu spät und es gab keine Kulanz. Jetzt habe ich eine völlig überteuerte Kamera mit nutzlosen Funktionen für mich und denke mir jedes Mal, wenn ich die Kamera sehe, was für ein Drecksladen! Sorry, aber ich rege mich echt darüber auf!! Hätte ich mal direkt bei Amazon bestellt, dann hätte ich einfach Retournieren können ohne beim Support um ein Rückschein betteln zu müssen, den man braucht, um etwas zurück zu senden. Und dann wundern sich die Onlinehändler warum alle bei Amazon bestellen. Schaut einfach mal dort wie Kundenservice funktioniert!!

We have had our Furbo for about 2 years. We have never been able to get it to work! Very frustrated. My husband spent a lot of time on the phone with them over a year ago; still could not make it work.

Lasted a couple of years, always disconnecting from wifi down for days at a time customer service is absolutely useless their solution is basically buy a new camera Don’t waste your money

I do not know where they are getting their 5 star reviews from. I could not find anywhere to write my review after purchasing so am posting here. Their customer service is non-existent. The website has a returns guarantee but I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and not had a single response. If you do purchase make sure you pay on a credit card to give you some protection.

I have had a Furbo for several years. It has gotten worse and worse as they have grown bigger than they am handle. I wish they would sell to a Company that can handle the volume or they would stop promoting to get more customers while forgetting about the loyal ones they have had and that have helped build them. A while back they offered a promotion and I called to get it. Because I wasn’t a nee customer they said I didn’t qualify. I was already paying for the service that they were offering a free camera to customers for if they signed up. I told them to cancel my service then and I would sign up. But their logic was I had prepaid for a year so they would not do that. So I told them that at the end of the year they could cancel my auto renewal. Five months later they tried to charge me again but I was one step ahead. I had already called my bank card and cancelled the recurring payment. I then reached out to find of course they weren’t offering the promo. They also didn’t even have a phone line anymore. Only chat and email which I prefer not to use for many reasons. One being the lost in translation piece and two being a vision issue which because of ADA laws I have no obligation to disclose to them. I had a friend email to request a call and explained the issues. I received an email response! Not the requested call. I had the same friend then try to request a call via chat and was told they don’t make calls. The friend explained I did not use email and chat and not that it was their business but I had a disability that made that difficult for me and again asked if they did not have options for people with disabilities per ADA laws. The agent Alyssa then referred to people with disabilities as “they” (of you did this to a group by race or religion people would be livid and disabilities are also protected u see discrimination laws. When I pointed this out Alyssa blamed the Company and took no accountability. All Companies are required to train their employees on discrimination and harassment so now not only is this Company charging for services when they were not authorized to they are also discriminating against those with disabilities.
